Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited products

The following must never be listed, offered or purchased through the platform:

• counterfeit, spurious, adulterated, misbranded, recalled or expired products;
• prescription-only medicines and narcotic or psychotropic substances;
• products without required regulatory approval, registration or import documentation;
• used, refurbished or reprocessed single-use medical devices;
• any item whose sale is restricted or prohibited under Indian law.

2. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• misrepresent your identity, qualifications, licences or business;
• post false, misleading or unsubstantiated medical claims;
• manipulate reviews, ratings, search results or RFQ pricing;
• circumvent the platform to avoid fees, or solicit buyers off-platform using data obtained here;
• upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, scrape the platform at scale, or interfere with its operation;
• harass, threaten or abuse other users or our staff.

3. Enforcement

We investigate reported breaches. Depending on severity we may remove listings, withhold settlements, suspend or terminate accounts, and report the matter to regulators or law enforcement. Serious safety issues are actioned immediately.

4. Reporting

Report a suspected breach to info@medflowinnovations.com with as much detail as possible. Reports about product safety are prioritised.
