Seller Terms

1. Onboarding and verification

Sellers must complete Know Your Business (KYB) verification before listing. You must provide accurate business details, including GSTIN, PAN, and any licences required for the products you intend to sell, and keep them current.

Medflow may decline, suspend or revoke seller status where verification fails, documents lapse, or conduct puts buyers at risk.

2. Listings

You are responsible for the accuracy of every listing — description, images, specifications, HSN code, GST rate, MRP, price and stock. Listings are moderated, but moderation does not transfer responsibility to Medflow.

• Only genuine, legally importable and saleable products may be listed.
• Counterfeit, expired, recalled or unapproved products are strictly prohibited.
• Claims must be truthful and must not imply unapproved medical benefits.

3. Fulfilment obligations

You must maintain accurate stock, dispatch confirmed orders within the stated timeline, pack goods so they arrive undamaged, and provide tracking. Persistent late dispatch, cancellations or quality complaints may lead to suspension.

4. Invoicing and tax

You are the supplier of record for GST purposes and must issue a compliant tax invoice for every order. The platform generates invoices on your behalf from the data in your listings; you remain responsible for the correctness of your GSTIN, HSN codes and tax rates, and for filing your own returns.

5. Commission and settlement

Medflow charges a commission on the value of each completed order, at the rate agreed with you. Settlements are paid to your registered bank account after the applicable return window, net of commission, refunds and any adjustments. A statement is available in your seller portal.

6. Returns, refunds and chargebacks

You must honour the platform Return and Refund policies. Where a return results from your error — wrong, damaged, expired or misdescribed goods — the associated return shipping and refund costs are borne by you.

7. Data and confidentiality

Buyer data shared with you may be used only to fulfil the order and meet legal obligations. You must not market to buyers using data obtained through the platform, or retain it longer than necessary.

8. Indemnity

You indemnify Medflow against claims, penalties and losses arising from your products, listings, regulatory non-compliance or breach of these terms.
