1. Buying on the platform
When you place an order you enter into a contract with the seller of the item. Medflow provides the platform, payment processing and support, and holds sellers to the standards in these policies.
2. Professional and institutional buyers
If you buy as a hospital, clinic, laboratory, pharmacy or healthcare professional, you confirm that you hold the registrations and licences required for the products you order, and that they will be used lawfully and by suitably qualified people.
Provide your GSTIN at checkout or in your organisation profile if you need input tax credit — invoices cannot be reissued with a GSTIN added afterwards.
3. Product information
Listings are provided by sellers. Always read the manufacturer instructions for use, and verify suitability for your clinical or operational purpose before use. Images are indicative; packaging may vary.
4. Bulk procurement (RFQ)
When you submit an RFQ, your requirement is shared with relevant verified sellers so they can quote. Quotations are binding on the seller for their stated validity period. Accepting one creates an order on those terms.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide accurate delivery and contact details;
- inspect deliveries and report problems within the stated windows;
- store and handle products in line with the manufacturer instructions;
- not resell products in breach of applicable law or licensing requirements.
6. Buyer protection
If a delivered item is damaged, defective, expired, wrong or does not arrive, raise it with support and we will pursue a resolution with the seller. Where the claim is upheld, you receive a replacement or a full refund.
