Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling before dispatch

You may cancel an order, in full or in part, at any time before the seller marks it as shipped. Open your order and choose Cancel, or contact support. Cancellation before dispatch is free of charge and refunded in full.

2. After dispatch

Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled. You may instead refuse delivery or raise a return where the item is eligible under our Return Policy.

3. Cancellation by the seller or by Medflow

An order may be cancelled if stock is unavailable, if a pricing or listing error is discovered, if delivery to your location is not possible, or if regulatory requirements for a restricted product are not met. You will be told the reason and refunded in full.

4. How refunds are calculated

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The amount depends on the reason:

• Order cancelled before dispatch — 100% of the amount paid, including GST and any shipping charge.
• Damaged, defective, expired or wrong item — 100% refunded, including return shipping.
• Return for other eligible reasons — product value and GST refunded; the original shipping charge may be retained.
• Item not delivered — 100% refunded once the delivery failure is confirmed.

5. Timelines

We approve eligible refunds within 2 business days of the return being received and inspected, or immediately on cancellation before dispatch. Your bank or card issuer then typically takes 5–7 business days to credit the amount. UPI refunds are usually faster.

A credit note is issued against the original GST invoice so your tax records stay accurate.

6. Failed and duplicate payments

If an amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, it is normally reversed automatically by your bank within 5–7 business days. If it is not, contact us with the transaction reference and we will trace it with our payment partner.
